Afrodite’s Run with Simon – Warm-Up and Preparation Before the Start

Afrodite’s Run is one of the most popular running events in Styria, taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Rogaška Slatina, home of Kozmetika Afrodita. Every year, the event attracts numerous runners from all over Slovenia.

Trainer Simon has traditionally participated in the event – leading a group warm-up before the start and helping runners prepare their bodies and minds for the race. His energy, expertise, and motivation ensure that participants start confidently and reduce the risk of injuries.

In addition, Simon offers personal race preparation in the weeks leading up to the event – with tailored training plans, guidance on running technique, nutrition, and recovery. No matter your fitness level, he helps you get the most out of Afrodite’s Run.
