I am Yao Simon Koffi \u2014 father of three wonderful children and husband to my extraordinary partner Doris. Without her unwavering support and love, the story of K.SIMONFIT would not have been possible. Sports have been my way of life since I was a child, my refuge, and my source of strength. The football fields were my second home, where I spent countless hours passionately and devotedly chasing my dreams.<\/p>\n
My professional football journey, which began in 2001, took me around the world and gave me 16 unforgettable years of experience, knowledge, and wisdom \u2014 not only about sports but also about people and life itself. However, in 2017, I reached a moment when I felt the need to shift my priorities and give precedence to my family, who means everything to me. I decided to end my professional career and dedicate more time to my wife and children, who are my greatest treasure.<\/p>\n
Although I retired from professional football, sport remained a part of me. I knew I wanted to pass on my experience, passion, and love for movement to others. Before finishing my career, I already had a clear vision for my future. I obtained a license as a physical football coach, as I initially believed I would continue my mission in this field. But my goals grew alongside me. Doris, who was always my pillar of strength and inspiration, encouraged me to reach even higher.<\/p>\n
I began studying at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where I earned a license as a personal trainer. This new knowledge enabled me to help people even more effectively on their journey to better health and well-being.<\/p>\n
The idea of K.SIMONFIT was born, which Doris and I officially brought to life in November 2017. Since then, K.SIMONFIT has been continuously growing because we believe that knowledge is the key to success and helping others.<\/p>\n

Every year, I strive to expand my knowledge and have earned numerous certifications in various specializations through NASM during this time. However, for me, learning is not just about collecting certificates on the wall, but a tool I use in practice to inspire people to reach for their dreams, grow, and transform their lives for the better. With my positive energy, I want to encourage confidence in others and inspire them to follow their dreams. I believe that all our dreams can become reality if we only have the courage to pursue them.<\/p>\n
In this journey, I have found my true passion \u2014 this is my life.
K.SIMONFIT is not just a business; it is a reflection of me, my work, and my life path. Together with Doris, who always stands by my side, I want to help as many people as possible achieve their goals and create a better, more fulfilling life.<\/p>\n
